Critica Partners with Ausgold in Kulin Project to Refocus on Jupiter REE Flagship.

Critica Limited (ASX: CRI) has signed a Farm-In Agreement with Ausgold Limited (ASX: AUC) over the Kulin Gold Project in Western Australia. The move supports Critica’s strategy to prioritise its flagship Jupiter Rare Earths Project while maintaining upside potential in Kulin. Under the agreement, Ausgold can earn up to 70% in the Kulin Project by investing $610,000 over three years, while Critica retains a 30% interest with an option to convert to a 1.5% net smelter royalty at the decision to mine stage.

This agreement allows Critica to preserve capital for the development of the Jupiter Project, which boasts Australia's largest and highest-grade clay-hosted rare earth resource, containing 682 kilotonnes of Magnet Rare Earth Oxides (MREO). Discovered in 2023, Jupiter's global resource is estimated at 1.8 billion tonnes at 1,700 ppm. Located in Yalgoo, WA, it holds strategic significance in the rare earth sector due to its high grade and low radioactive content.
