Cullen Resources Finalizes Royalty Sale and Strengthens Exploration Focus

Cullen Resources Limited (ASX: CUL), a mineral exploration company headquartered in Perth, has finalized the transfer of its Wyloo Iron Ore Royalty to Vox Royalty Australia Pty Ltd, part of Vox Royalty Corp. The transaction, announced on 8 September 2025, delivered AU$1.5 million in cash proceeds. Cullen Exploration Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, retains the right to a further AU$900,000 payment from FMG Pilbara Pty Ltd if mining at Wyloo commences commercially.

Cullen continues to advance its diversified exploration portfolio across multiple commodities through joint ventures and in-house projects. Its strategy emphasizes data-driven target identification, early-stage exploration, and partnering with larger firms to maximize value. Additionally, Cullen maintains a 1% royalty on potential future iron ore production from several Mt Stuart Iron Ore Joint Venture tenements.
