Dalaroo Metals Completes AU$0.88 million Capital Raise

Dalaroo Metals Ltd (ASX: DAL) has finalised a successful capital raise, securing approximately AU$877,500 through the placement of 35.1 million fully paid ordinary shares at $0.025 each. As part of the offer, 11.7 million free-attaching options were issued on a 1-for-3 basis, with an exercise price of AU$0.036 and expiry on 23 August 2029. Conducted under the Company’s existing ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A capacity, the placement was executed without a prospectus in line with Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001. Dalaroo confirmed full compliance with all disclosure and reporting obligations, with no additional investor-relevant information withheld. The initiative, approved by the Board, reinforces the Company’s strategic vision and commitment to funding future growth.
