Eden Innovations Nears Sale of Georgia Property to Reduce Debt

Eden Innovations Ltd (ASX: EDE) has confirmed a targeted sale completion date of 3 November 2025 for its 65.6-acre industrial property in Augusta, Georgia, for US$5 million (≈AU$7.7 million). Purchased in 2018 for US$1.2 million (≈AU$1.85 million), the transaction represents a substantial capital gain and marks a key milestone in the company’s debt reduction strategy.

Net proceeds — estimated at US$4 million (≈AU$6.2 million) after sale costs — will be used to repay a significant portion of Eden’s US$5.8 million (≈AU$8.9 million) iBorrow loan, reducing ongoing financing expenses and strengthening the balance sheet.

Executive Chairman Greg Solomon said the sale proceeds will meaningfully lower interest costs and improve cash flow. Eden also continues to pursue the sale of its Mead Property as part of its broader capital management and debt reduction initiatives.
