Market Alert: Global Markets May Rebound Amid Signs of U.S. Economic Resilience
Larvotto Resources Limited (ASX: LRV) has received a confidential, conditional, non-binding indicative offer from United States Antimony Corporation (USAC) to acquire all outstanding shares not already owned by USAC. The proposed offer, received after market close on 17 October 2025, values Larvotto shares at approximately AU$1.40 each, based on a fixed exchange ratio of six USAC common stock shares for every 100 Larvotto shares and USAC’s five-day VWAP up to 16 October 2025.
The transaction is proposed to proceed via a scheme of arrangement. This offer follows USAC’s notification of a 10% shareholding in Larvotto through a substantial shareholder notice lodged on the same day. While the proposal remains subject to various conditions, there is no certainty it will evolve into a binding agreement. Larvotto’s Board has engaged Barrenjoey Capital Partners and Allion Partners as financial and legal advisers and will review the offer thoroughly before advising shareholders.
