EdenCrete Outperforms in 4th-Year Review of Colorado I-70 Vail Pass Trial.

Eden Innovations Ltd. (ASX: EDE) has released a fourth-year update on its EdenCrete concrete performance at the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) I-70 Vail Pass trial. Although the official three-year trial ended in 2023, new photographs taken after a fourth winter confirm EdenCrete’s superior durability in harsh alpine conditions. Compared to standard Portland cement and silica fume concrete, EdenCrete continues to exhibit significantly less cracking and surface wear.

The reference concrete shows the worst deterioration, including cracking and pitting, while the silica fume section required partial asphalt replacement due to unsafe conditions. EdenCrete displayed only minor cracking in a few areas, reinforcing its long-term performance benefits. Initially installed in 2021 at an elevation of 10,000 feet, this trial aimed to evaluate concrete mixes under extreme environmental stress. With EdenCrete consistently outperforming alternatives, it demonstrates strong potential for use in demanding infrastructure applications.
