Proceeds will support sales expansion, evaluate M&A opportunities, and enhance technology operations, particularly integrating Coda Cloud’s fault detection and analytics capabilities. Recent operational changes include rebranding to “epx,” establishing Customer Success teams, and expanding sales in the UK/EU and APAC markets. The company’s proprietary EDGE cloud platform, deployed across 700+ buildings in over 25 countries, delivers significant energy efficiency gains, averaging 21% consumption reduction. The new funding positions EPX to accelerate market penetration and leverage strong industry tailwinds, while maintaining its focus on data-driven solutions to optimize building performance. Share issuance and Cleansing Notice are scheduled for 21 August 2025.
