European Resources Identifies High-Priority REE Target at Korsnäs
European Resources Limited (ASX: ERE) has reported encouraging exploration results from an ionic-leach soil geochemistry survey at its 100%-owned Korsnäs Rare Earth Element (REE) Project in Finland. The program confirmed a strong rare earth geochemical signature directly above the previously identified KR-316 mineralised corridor, reinforcing earlier drilling and passive seismic findings. Heavy rare earth elements delivered the strongest response, demonstrating the effectiveness of soil geochemistry in identifying concealed mineralisation beneath glacial cover. The survey also identified a separate undrilled eastern anomaly that recorded the highest combined rare earth response across the 2.4 km survey line, making it a high-priority exploration target. European Resources plans to undertake closer-spaced soil sampling, expand geochemical coverage across priority areas, and integrate geological and geophysical datasets to refine future drill targets. These initiatives are expected to enhance exploration efficiency and support further resource growth at the Korsnäs Project.
