Lynas Delivers Record Quarterly Revenue as Rare Earth Demand Strengthens
Lynas Rare Earths Limited (ASX: LYC) has reported record quarterly sales revenue of AU$288.9 million for the June 2026 quarter, driven by stronger rare earth pricing, increased heavy rare earth sales and higher product premiums. The Company generated AU$297.1 million in sales receipts while increasing total rare earth oxide production to 3,481 tonnes and closing the quarter with cash and short-term deposits of AU$1.209 billion. Operationally, Lynas continued ramping up its expanded Mt Weld processing plant and progressed optimisation of its Kalgoorlie Rare Earths Processing Facility, while overcoming operational challenges related to ore quality and water recycling. The Company also advanced its heavy rare earth expansion project in Malaysia, with customer qualification for Samarium oxide underway and first customer orders expected during the current quarter. Lynas continues to strengthen its position outside China's rare earth supply chain through production expansion, downstream processing capability and long-term strategic partnerships supporting global demand for critical minerals.
