Findi Limited Announces Share Purchase Plan SPP

Findi Limited (ASX: FND) has launched a Share Purchase Plan (SPP), allowing eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand to apply for up to AU$30,000 worth of fully paid ordinary shares at AU$4.00 per share, reflecting a 12.3% discount to the last closing price of AU$4.56 on March 13, 2025. The SPP, which follows a recent institutional placement, aims to raise AU$5 million to enhance financial flexibility and working capital. If demand exceeds this amount, applications may be scaled back. 

The offer closes on April 11, 2025, with shares expected to be issued on April 22, 2025, and trading commencing on April 23, 2025. Participation is optional, with applications to be made via Automic’s Investor Portal or by requesting a paper form. Shareholders in the U.S. and certain jurisdictions are ineligible. Investors are advised to seek independent financial advice before participating.
