FINEOS Reports Solid Revenue Growth Amid Narrowed Losses in H1 FY25

FINEOS Corporation Holdings plc (ASX: FCL) reported a 4.2% increase in revenue to €67.2 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025, supported by higher subscription and services income. Subscription revenue rose 5.7% to €36.4 million, reflecting stronger adoption within existing clients, while services revenue grew 2.6% to €30.4 million, driven by higher utilisation in APAC and steady growth in North America. Cost of sales decreased by €1.3 million (−7.6%), offsetting modest rises in product development costs. The company had a net loss after tax of €1.3 million, a 76.4% improvement from the prior year’s €5.3 million loss. Operating efficiencies, reduced sales and marketing expenses, and lower administrative costs contributed to the improved performance. Cash reserves strengthened to €34.9 million, with no external debt outstanding. Looking ahead, FINEOS remains focused on expanding recurring revenues, improving margins, and driving SaaS platform adoption across global insurance clients.
