Gateway Mining Secures AU$22.5 million to Drive Yandal Gold Project

Gateway Mining Limited (ASX: GML) has successfully completed an AU$22.5 million capital raising through a strongly supported placement to institutional, professional, and sophisticated investors. The raise was oversubscribed, reflecting confidence from both new and existing shareholders. Company directors and related parties contributed AU$1.675 million, including an AU$1 million commitment from Executive Chairman Andrew Bray.

With this funding, Gateway is fully financed to advance aggressive exploration and drilling programs at its flagship Yandal Gold Project, while also initiating early-stage work at the recently acquired Glenburgh South Project in Western Australia. The company’s balance sheet is now significantly strengthened, adding to its prior cash and liquid securities position of AU$12.1 million as of June quarter-end. Management highlighted the strong investor backing as validation of Gateway’s strategy and the growth potential of its projects. With large-scale drilling set to begin in the coming weeks, the company is positioned to accelerate discovery and unlock shareholder value.
