IMEXHS Secures Major Radiology Contract with Oncolife in Colombia.

IMEXHS Limited (ASX: IME) has signed a significant agreement with Oncolife, a leading cancer-focused healthcare provider in Colombia. The contract covers the delivery of advanced radiology services across Oncolife’s hospital in Bogotá and its centres in Villavicencio and Zipaquira, all of which specialise in oncology care. Under the deal, IMEXHS will deploy its RIS/PACS platform, patient portal, and AI-powered diagnostic tools to support high-complexity diagnostic procedures essential for cancer treatment.

The agreement begins immediately with an initial term of one year and is expected to generate approximately AU$1.4 million in New Annual Recurring Revenue (NARR), combining both services and software. This partnership also reflects IMEXHS’s new pricing structure introduced in 2024, designed to enhance profitability while driving growth. CEO Dr German Arango emphasised that the collaboration reinforces IMEXHS’s leadership in high-complexity radiology and strengthens its strategic presence in Latin America’s specialised healthcare sector.
