Gladiator Expands into US Rare Earths with Apex Agreement.

Gladiator Resources Ltd (ASX: GLA) has entered into an agreement with Apex USA Resources LLC to secure and develop potential Rare Earth Elements (REE) tenements in the United States. Apex, with strong expertise in the US REE industry, will assist Gladiator in identifying and evaluating promising opportunities in this strategically important sector. Under the deal, Apex will be issued milestone-based options, including 110 million options upon pegging tenements prospective for REE and an additional 90 million options upon confirmation of REE presence.

These options will carry a strike price of 1.2 cents and expire in September 2027. Gladiator’s costs for pegging and related activities will be funded from existing cash reserves. While maintaining focus on its Tanzanian uranium projects, the company views this expansion into the US as a diversification strategy aligned with growing geopolitical demand for critical minerals, positioning itself to capture future opportunities in the REE market.
