Green Critical Minerals Secures AU$5.2 million Underwriting Agreement

Sep 24, 2025

Green Critical Minerals Ltd (ASX: GCM) has entered into an underwriting agreement with Aitken Mount Capital Partners and Canaccord Genuity (Australia) to fully underwrite the exercise of its listed options, valued at approximately AU$5.2 million. The options, priced at AU$0.022 each, are due to expire on 12 October 2025. Under the deal, the underwriters will ensure that any unexercised options are converted into shares, providing funding certainty for the company.

The agreement includes standard commercial terms, with a 6% fee payable to the underwriters. Importantly, any shortfall shares issued will not require shareholder approval or affect placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1. Managing Director Clinton Booth highlighted the move as a strong endorsement of GCM’s strategy and the potential of its VHD graphite technology, which is positioned to disrupt traditional heat sink markets. The funding provides confidence as GCM advances commercialization efforts in high-demand thermal management sectors
