Greenvale Energy Advances Oasis Uranium Exploration in Queensland

Greenvale Energy Limited (ASX: GRV) is progressing toward its maiden drilling campaign at the Oasis Uranium Project in Queensland. Covering 90 sq. km, the site is situated approximately 250 km west of Townsville within a geologically favourable zone marked by historical high-grade uranium mineralisation.

The company has completed field reconnaissance, identifying promising targets through rock chip sampling and radiometric surveys. Preparations for drilling, including site access, pegging of drill collars, and engagement with local stakeholders and Traditional Owners, are well underway. Permitting is advancing, and final approvals are expected soon. The drill program will test key structural anomalies and regional targets, some of which have never been explored. CEO Alex Cheeseman expressed optimism about the project's potential for resource growth, emphasizing the strategic importance of uranium assets in the company’s broader low-carbon energy portfolio.
