GTI Energy Secures AU$4.5 million with Strategic Investment from Snow Lake Energy

GTI Energy Limited (ASX: GTR) has confirmed that Snow Lake Resources Ltd, trading as Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM), has completed due diligence and will participate in Tranche 2 of the Company’s AU$4.5 million placement, subject to shareholder approval at the 13 August 2025 EGM. The two-tranche placement, announced on 30 June 2025, involves 1.29 billion fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.0035 each, with 723.7 million shares already issued under Tranche 1. Tranche 2 will include 562 million shares, of which Snow Lake will acquire 428.5 million, giving it a 9.9% stake post-placement.

Snow Lake, a NASDAQ-listed uranium and nuclear energy company, holds a 50% JV interest in the Pine Ridge Project, adjacent to GTI’s flagship Lo Herma ISR uranium project in Wyoming. GTI Executive Director Bruce Lane highlighted that Snow Lake’s investment holds strong strategic value, as it complements GTI’s mission to progress one of the limited numbers of near-term, low-cost In-Situ Recovery (ISR) uranium developments in the United States.
