High-Tech Metals Limited (ASX: HTM) has expanded its development pipeline by entering a profit-sharing partnership with SSH Mining to advance the Wagtail Gold Deposit, which forms part of the Mt Fisher Gold Project in Western Australia. The deposit hosts a JORC 2012 resource of 63,700 tonnes @ 7.11 g/t Au for 14,600 oz gold, with strong exploration potential supported by high-grade intercepts. Under the agreement, SSH Mining will fund all exploration and mine development, earning a 25% profit share from net metal sales, while HTM retains 75% ownership.
The Wagtail project sits on a granted mining lease with proximity to existing processing facilities, enabling near-term production prospects. Strategically, the deal provides HTM with a cost-efficient path to unlock high-grade resources, while reinforcing its position in WA’s gold sector. With ongoing exploration upside and supportive partnerships, HTM is positioned to deliver value from its gold assets.
