High-Tech Metals Limited Launches Entitlement Offer to Advance Exploration Projects

High-Tech Metals Limited (ASX: HTM), an ASX-listed exploration company, has issued an Entitlement Offer Prospectus dated 8 May 2025 to raise up to AU$1 million. The pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue proposes one new share for every 6.926 shares held, priced at AU$0.15 per share, alongside one free listed option for every two shares applied for. The offer aims to fund the exploration of the Mt Fisher-Mt Eureka Project (80% allocation), working capital (17%), and offer expenses (3%). Upon full subscription, the company’s issued capital will rise from 46.17 million to 52.84 million shares, with options increasing from 32.68 million to 36.02 million.
