I Synergy Group Seals AI GPU Supply Deal to Boost Tech Capabilities

I Synergy Group Limited (ASX: IS3) has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL) for high-performance AI-based GPUs and specialised software worth AU$300,000. Payments will be made in six monthly instalments of AU$50,000, with an 8% annual interest penalty for late payments. The package includes advanced computing hardware and AI software licenses, with inspection and defect rectification provisions. Both parties retain their pre-existing IP rights, with TGL granting IS3 a perpetual license for relevant technology. To manage the project, IS3 will establish a wholly owned subsidiary. While not expected to materially impact FY25 results, the deal marks a key step in strengthening IS3’s AI capabilities and diversifying beyond affiliate marketing. The agreement allows either party to terminate with 30 days’ notice, ensuring operational flexibility.
