Indiana Resources (ASX: IDA) has identified significant gold mineralisation at depth through recent drilling at its Minos prospect, part of the Gawler Craton Project in South Australia. Recent diamond drilling results, including 23.05m at 2.62 g/t and 2m at 25.85 g/t gold, have extended the known mineralisation to 380 meters below surface. These findings significantly boost the project's economic potential, prompting plans to fast-track development towards a JORC-compliant resource. A follow-up 7,000-meter drilling campaign is set to begin in late April 2025, targeting strike and depth extensions. Located strategically between historic Tunkillia and Tarcoola gold sites, Indiana’s 5,713km² tenement also hosts additional prospects such as Earea Dam and Ariadne. CEO Lindsay Owler emphasized the project's growing commercial viability, with sustained exploration set to unlock further value. Indiana’s exploration continues to reinforce Minos as a promising candidate for future gold mining operations.
