Jupiter Energy Limited (ASX: JPR) has announced a significant variation to its existing note holder agreements as part of preparations for a potential dual listing on the Astana International Exchange (AIX). All four note holders have agreed to extend the interest-free period on their notes to 31 December 2028. This follows previous extensions in 2022 and 2024, which had deferred interest accruals until the end of 2026.
Additionally, the note holders have agreed to cap total repayments by the company to US$1.5 million in 2025 and US$1 million in 2026. Of the 2025 cap, US$500,000 has already been repaid, leaving US$1 million available for the remainder of the year. These amendments are contingent on the successful completion of the AIX dual listing. Jupiter Energy aims to provide shareholders with further updates on the listing process soon, reinforcing its commitment to long-term financial stability and strategic expansion.
