Kali Metals Secures AU$1.2 million to Advance Gold and Lithium Exploration

Kali Metals Limited (ASX: KM1) has successfully raised AU$1.2 million through a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The funds were secured via the issue of 8.66 million new shares at AU$0.14 each, representing a 20% discount to the last close and a 12.61% discount to the 15-day VWAP. Proceeds will be directed toward exploration programs at the Marble Bar Gold Project and the Higginsville lithium portfolio, as well as for general working capital. Managing Director Paul Adams emphasized the strong investor backing and noted that the maiden drill program at Marble Bar is a key near-term focus, alongside ongoing lithium exploration at Higginsville. Kali’s exploration portfolio spans 4,029 km² across Western Australia, New South Wales, and Victoria, targeting gold, lithium, and other critical minerals, reinforcing its commitment to creating long-term shareholder value.
