KPG Reports Strong FY25 Half-Year Growth with Record Sales

Kelly Partners Group Holdings Limited (ASX: KPG) reported robust H1 FY25 results, delivering AU$69.4 million in revenue, up 32.4% year-over-year, supported by organic growth and acquisitions. Underlying EBITDA rose 31.7% to AU$23.9 million, while statutory NPAT increased 19.2% to AU$7.1 million. The company expanded its network to 41 operating businesses across Australia, enhancing its market presence in accounting and advisory services. Strategic acquisitions during the half are expected to further strengthen recurring revenue streams and cross-selling opportunities. KPG maintained a strong balance sheet with low net debt, enabling continued investment in growth initiatives. A fully franked interim dividend of 0.5 cents per share was declared. Management remains confident in delivering long-term shareholder value, underpinned by its scalable business model, disciplined cost management, and a clear growth pipeline through both organic initiatives and targeted acquisitions.
