Larvotto Resources Secures US$105 Million for Hillgrove Project Restart via Successful Bond Issue

Larvotto Resources Limited (ASX: LRV) announced the successful completion of its Senior Secured Bond Issue, raising US$105 million to fund the restart of its 100%-owned Hillgrove Antimony and Gold Project in New South Wales. The bond, which was fully subscribed and strongly supported by both Australian and international institutional investors—especially those focused on natural resources and renewable energy—will cover the expected budget for mine expansion and commencement of operations targeted for Q2 2026.

Settlement of the bond is expected by 1 August 2025, subject to standard closing conditions. The financing was managed by Clarksons Securities AS. Managing Director Ron Heeks praised the team’s swift execution, noting that the bond was completed just weeks after the release of the Hillgrove Definitive Feasibility Study. He emphasized the simplicity of the structure, describing it as “covenant light” with no metal hedges, royalties, or marketing fees, offering a clear and streamlined pathway to development.
