Leadership Restructure at High-Tech Metals Following AU$2.5 Million Placement.

High-Tech Metals Limited (ASX: HTM) has announced changes to its Board and management team following the successful completion of an AU$2.5 million placement. Ragnar Metals Limited, as part of the placement terms, has appointed Mr. Tyler Formica to the Board of Directors. Mr. Formica brings over 15 years of leadership experience in equity investment, property, and global business operations. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at M3 Mining Ltd and is known for his strategic approach and focus on value creation.

Mr. Formica replaces Mr. Harpreet (Sonu) Cheema, who resigned to pursue other interests. The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Cheema’s significant contributions. Additionally, the Company announced that Mr. Warren Thorne’s CEO contract will not continue beyond the probation period, and a search for a new Chief Executive Officer is underway. High-Tech Metals remains focused on leadership stability to support its growth strategy.
