Lotus Resources: Building a Multi-Asset Uranium Future

Lotus Resources Limited (ASX: LOT) is an Africa-focused uranium producer with strong growth ambitions. The company owns an 85% stake in the Kayelekera Uranium Project in Malawi, which successfully restarted production in Q3 2025 on time and on budget, marking its transition from developer to producer. Kayelekera historically produced 11Mlbs of uranium between 2009 and 2014 and now provides a solid foundation for expansion. Lotus holds full ownership of the Letlhakane Uranium Project in Botswana, a large undeveloped uranium resource with strong long-term growth prospects.

In September 2025, Lotus raised approximately AU$65 million through a placement backed by global institutional investors. The funds will strengthen working capital, support Kayelekera’s ramp-up, and advance Letlhakane’s development. With over 164Mlbs of mineral resources across its portfolio, Lotus is positioned to become a globally significant, multi-asset uranium producer, aiming to capitalize on the improving uranium market outlook
