Lowell Resources Fund Declares Annual Distribution

Lowell Resources Fund (ASX: LRT) has announced an annual distribution of AU$0.0313 per fully paid ordinary unit for the financial year ending June 30, 2025. The distribution comprises 16.76% franked (AU$0.00525) and 83.24% unfranked (AU$0.02605) components, with no conduit foreign income. The ex-date is set for June 30, 2025, and the record date for eligibility is July 1, 2025. Payments will be disbursed on July 31, 2025. Investors may opt into the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which allows reinvestment of dividends into additional units, although no discount applies. The DRP election cut-off is July 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The reinvestment price is determined at the directors’ discretion. Those not enrolled in the DRP will receive their dividend as a cash payout. This distribution reflects the fund’s strategy of returning income to investors while offering reinvestment flexibility
