MA Credit Income Trust Launches 190.5 million Entitlement and Shortfall Offer.

MA Credit Income Trust (ASX: MA1) has announced plans to raise up to 190.5 million through a 1-for-2 non-renounceable entitlement offer and shortfall offer. New units will be issued at $2.00 per unit, representing a 3.4% discount to the last traded price. Eligible unit holders in Australia and New Zealand will have the opportunity to participate, with an oversubscription facility also available. The new units will rank equally with existing units and be entitled to future distributions.

Proceeds from the offer will be deployed in line with MA1’s investment strategy, focusing on direct asset lending, asset-backed lending, and corporate lending. Managed by MA Investment Management Pty Ltd, MA1 provides curated exposure to MA Financial’s flagship credit strategies, which oversee more than 5 billion across 180 positions. With staff alignment through significant co-investment, the trust aims to deliver disciplined credit management, downside protection, and strong long-term returns.
