Marquee Resources Completes Oversubscribed AU$2.51 Million Capital Raising.

Marquee Resources Limited (ASX: MQR) has successfully completed an oversubscribed share placement, securing AU$2,513,477.84 at AU$0.011 per share. The placement attracted strong interest from both new high-net-worth investors and existing shareholders, highlighting confidence in the company’s strategic direction and its diverse project portfolio, particularly the Mt Clement Antimony Project. Participants in the placement will also receive one unlisted option for every two shares subscribed, exercisable at AU$0.02 with a 30-month expiry, subject to shareholder approval.

A total of 228,497,985 new shares will be issued under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A, with an additional 81,818,181 shares forming Tranche 2, pending shareholder approval. Ignite Equity Pty Ltd acted as sole lead manager, earning customary fees and unlisted options. The raised capital will predominantly fund the second phase of RC drilling at Mt Clement, scheduled to commence in late September 2025, ensuring the company is now fully funded for upcoming exploration.
