Marvel Gold Secures Approvals for Hanang Acquisition, Exploration to Begin.

Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) has received final Tanzanian Government approvals to acquire 100% of Cobra Resources Limited, owner of the Hanang Gold Project in the Iramba-Sekenke Greenstone Belt. The acquisition will be completed around 18 August 2025, involving agreed cash payments and share issuance.

Exploration will start immediately, with 3,455 soil samples already submitted to MSALabs in Tanzania and a tender initiated for a drone-borne magnetic survey. Results from these programs, expected in the coming weeks, will define initial drill targets for a maiden drilling campaign later this year. The Hanang Project lies within a highly prospective and underexplored greenstone belt, offering strong exploration upside with mineralised BIF outcrops analogous to nearby gold deposits. Following a successful capital raise earlier in 2025, Marvel is well funded to advance exploration, marking a significant growth step in its East African gold strategy.
