New CEO Appointed at Tolu Minerals

Tolu Minerals Limited (ASX: TOK) announced that its founding Managing Director and CEO, Iain Macpherson, will step down when his contract ends on 9 November 2025. The Board thanked him for guiding preparations to restart the Tolukuma Gold Mine. Stepping into the role is Dr Chris Muller, currently Executive Chief Geologist, who brings over 25 years of global mining and exploration experience. Muller has held senior roles with Ivanhoe Mines, Glencar Mining, and K92 Mining, and played a key part in major discoveries and mine restarts in Papua New Guinea, including Wafi/Golpu and Kora North. He holds a PhD from Macquarie University and is well regarded for his leadership in resource development and mine restarts. His appointment comes as Tolu prepares to expand exploration and move toward production.
