Objective Corporation acquires Isovist to enhance Gov. Tech capabilities.

Objective Corporation (ASX: OCL) has announced the acquisition of Isovist, a leading provider of GIS-based e-planning solutions for local governments in Australia and New Zealand. This strategic acquisition strengthens Objective’s presence in the planning and building sector by integrating Isovist’s user-friendly, dynamic planning tools that transform traditional manual processes. Isovist’s platform is widely used across more than 50 councils and is praised for its intuitive design, fast deployment, and deep alignment with local planning frameworks.

The acquisition, valued at NZ$5 million (NZ$4.25 million upfront and NZ$0.75 million deferred), will be paid entirely in cash. Isovist reported an ARR of NZ$2.2 million as of June 2025 and has been profitable since 2022. All employees will join Objective. The integration of Objective’s advanced AI capabilities with Isovist’s platform aims to further innovate and streamline planning processes, enhancing decision-making and efficiency for councils and developers alike.
