Omnia Metals Enters Strategic JV for Gold Exploration at Salt Creek

Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX: OM1) has announced a strategic move by entering into a 50/50 Joint Venture with Hardy Metals Pty Ltd for exploration tenement application E39/2555, part of its Salt Creek Project located northeast of Kalgoorlie. This JV follows the relinquishment of the tenement and a joint application by both companies, marking a collaborative effort to unlock the area’s exploration potential. The Salt Creek Project now spans 410 km² and lies within the highly prospective Albany-Fraser Orogen, in proximity to the world-class Tropicana gold deposit.

The area is known for historical high-grade gold intercepts, including 3m @ 40.3g/t Au (CVRC088), 3m @ 4.62g/t Au with 2m @ 6.65g/t Au (CVRC078), and 3m @ 3.02g/t Au (CVRC073). Executive Chairman Patrick Glovac praised the geological team for securing this low-cost acquisition, noting that it significantly enhances Omnia’s exploration portfolio. With assays pending from the recent Salt Creek drilling campaign, this JV positions Omnia for meaningful gold resource growth.
