oOhmedia Limited: Q3 Trading Update Reflects Market Softening but Steady Outlook

oOh!media Limited (ASX: OML) reported a 7% year-on-year increase in Q3 2025 revenue, outperforming earlier guidance and demonstrating strong market share gains excluding its Retail and New Zealand segments. Despite this growth, the company faced headwinds in October due to a slowdown in the Australian advertising market and the non-renewal of its Auckland Transport contract, which materially affected its New Zealand operations. Updated CY25 guidance projects revenue between AU$689 million and AU$694 million and a gross margin of approximately 43%, slightly below prior forecasts due to lower sales and adverse channel mix. Operating costs remain tightly controlled at AU$159–AU$161 million, with capex expected at the lower end of AU$53–AU$63 million. Adjusted EBITDA is forecast between AU$139 million and AU$142 million, reflecting resilience amid challenging conditions, with improved performance expected into early 2026
