Piche Resources Raises AU$2 Million to Advance Argentine Exploration Portfolio

Piche Resources Limited (ASX: PR2) has completed an oversubscribed AU$2 million placement, attracting strong support from both new institutional and existing shareholders. The placement, priced at AU$0.17 per share, represents a 9.7% premium to the previous closing price of AU$0.155, highlighting strong investor confidence.

Each share includes a free attaching option (PR2O) exercisable at AU$0.25 until 2 May 2027. Funds raised will be directed toward exploration activities across Piche’s Argentine project portfolio, along with working capital and associated costs.

Managing Director Karilyn Farmer said the oversubscription reflects increasing interest from institutional investors in Australia and Europe. The raise, managed by H&P Advisory Pty Ltd, strengthens Piche’s capacity to advance its high-potential South American exploration assets.
