OpenLearning Secures AU$150,000 SaaS Agreement with Systems Plus College Foundation.

OpenLearning Limited (ASX: OLL) has signed a five-year usage-based SaaS agreement with Systems Plus College Foundation (SPCF), a leading education provider in the Philippines. Under the deal, SPCF will implement OpenLearning’s AI-powered learning management system (LMS) across all its institutions, covering a minimum of 10,000 students annually. The agreement guarantees contracted SaaS fees of around AU$150,000 over the term, with the potential for additional revenue based on student usage.

SPCF, with over 18,000 students across multiple campuses, selected OpenLearning after assessing various LMS providers. The partnership underscores OpenLearning’s growing presence in Southeast Asia, particularly in the Philippines, and highlights the increasing demand for AI-enabled learning solutions that enhance engagement and outcomes. CEO Adam Brimo emphasized the scalability and efficiency of the platform in helping educators design impactful learning experiences. The agreement, though not financially material, is strategically significant for OpenLearning’s regional expansion.
