Orbminco Announces Proposed Capital Consolidation

Orbminco Limited (ASX: OB1) has announced plans to seek shareholder approval at a General Meeting scheduled for 18 September 2025 to consolidate its issued capital on a 20:1 basis under section 254H of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The Board believes the consolidation will create a more efficient and appropriate capital structure, making the company potentially more attractive to a broader investor base. In line with ASX Listing Rules 7.21 and 7.22, all existing options will also be consolidated on the same ratio, with corresponding adjustments to their exercise prices.

The company has confirmed that further details, including an indicative timetable, are available in the accompanying Notice of Meeting and Appendix 3A.3. The Board of Directors has reviewed and authorised this announcement for release, underscoring the company’s focus on accountability and adherence to regulatory requirements.
