The company has entered a non-binding Letter of Intent with Mineral Mining Services (MMS) to advance the Wadgingarra Mineral Resource. Under the proposed partnership, MMS will fund and manage development activities, including approvals, drilling, and mine planning, with profits shared after cost recovery. This structure reduces Premier1’s upfront capital needs while retaining upside for shareholders.

In addition, a Drill-for-Equity framework has been outlined, allowing MMS to provide drilling services in exchange for cash and equity, initially targeting the Yalgoo Project. This aligns both parties’ interests in exploration outcomes and supports Premier1’s long-term growth strategy. With disciplined project evaluation and a focus on gold, copper, and lithium, Premier1 aims to transform early-stage resources into commercial projects, creating sustainable value through exploration success and future production.
