PRL Global Completes Strategic Acquisition of Ardmore Phosphate Mine

PRL Global Limited (ASX: PRG), a major player in the fertiliser sector, has finalized the acquisition of Centrex Ltd along with the Ardmore Phosphate Mine located in Queensland. This transaction, finalised on 10 September 2025, marks a major step in strengthening PRG’s position in the global phosphate market. The company has already secured the necessary approvals to restart operations, with mine remobilisation underway since July. Customer shipments are scheduled to commence later in 2025, supported by logistics arrangements now broadly negotiated.

The Ardmore Phosphate Mine is seen as a strategic and high-value addition that aligns with PRG’s core business in phosphate mining and marketing. PRL Global’s leadership team joined Hon. Madeleine King MP at the site to mark this significant achievement.
