Propel Funeral Partners Announces CEO and CFO Appointments

Propel Funeral Partners Limited (ASX: PFP) has announced key leadership changes, effective 01 September 2025, as part of a planned transition. Co-founders Fraser Henderson and Lilli Rayner will be appointed Co-Chief Executive Officers following the retirement of current Managing Director and co-founder Albin Kurti on 31 August 2025. Henderson, currently Executive Director and Head of M&A, and Rayner, the existing CFO, bring nearly two decades of collaboration and will jointly lead the company’s continued acquisition-led growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

Additionally, Arash Noaeen, Propel’s Group Financial Controller since 2017, will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer. A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Noaeen has played a critical role in the company’s growth and financial operations. The board affirms that this internal leadership transition ensures strategic continuity while acknowledging Albin Kurti’s outstanding contribution over the past 14 years in transforming Propel into an ASX 300-listed essential services leader.
