Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited (ASX: PH2) has announced it is preparing its Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive claim for the financial year ending 30 June 2025. The Company expects to receive an estimated refundable offset of approximately AU$1.1 million, consistent with the refund amount from the prior year. This anticipated amount remains subject to final review by Pure’s advisors and the official lodgement process. It is a crucial source of non-dilutive funding that supports innovation and technology development, especially in the clean energy sector.
Pure has consistently benefited from the incentive, having secured AU$760,000 for FY23 and AU$1.1 million for FY24, which have been used to advance its zero-emission commercial vehicles and hydrogen equipment. The FY25 refund is expected to be received in the first half of FY26, which is anticipated to drive further innovation and enhance shareholder value.
