Pure Hydrogen Secures Strategic LATAM Deal to Power Green Energy Expansion

Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited (ASX: PH2), an Australian clean energy company, has entered into a significant Master Supply and Distributor Agreement with Mexico-based GreenH2 LATAM. Under this agreement, Pure Hydrogen will supply hydrogen infrastructure—valued at approximately US$28 million (Au$44 million)—including electrolysers, compression systems, and storage equipment for two projects in Mexico. GreenH2 LATAM gains exclusive distribution rights in Mexico and Colombia, contingent on achieving US$20 million in annual net sales. This collaboration aligns with Latin America's growing push toward renewable energy, particularly following Mexico’s renewed green energy focus under President Claudia Sheinbaum. The deal follows recent vehicle orders from TOLL Transport and Heidelberg Materials, boosting Pure Hydrogen’s global footprint. The company aims to lead in hydrogen fuel technology and commercial vehicle solutions, while also investing in clean energy and natural gas projects. The partnership is expected to significantly accelerate hydrogen adoption across the region.
