Ragusa Minerals Secures AU$427K via Discounted Share Placement

Ragusa Minerals Limited (ASX: RAS) has successfully secured firm commitments from sophisticated and professional investors to raise to AU$427,200 through a share placement priced at AU$0.012 per share. This represents a 14.4% discount to the company’s 15-day VWAP as of 26 June 2025. The placement will involve the issue of up to 35.6 million fully paid ordinary shares under the company’s available placement capacity, as per ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A. In addition, subject to shareholder approval, participants will receive one free attaching option for every three shares subscribed.

These options will carry an exercise price of AU$0.03 and expire three years from the date of their issue. Settlement is expected by 4 July 2025. The funds raised will support Ragusa’s evaluation of potential new project acquisitions, as well as general working capital and corporate needs. Vert Capital Pty Ltd has been appointed as the Lead Manager for the raise.
