Regal Partners Delivers Strong 1H25 Performance Fee Growth

Regal Partners Limited (ASX: RPL), a leading Australian alternative investment manager, estimates over AU$35 million in performance fee revenue for 1H25, reflecting robust fund performance. The gains were primarily driven by its global long/short equity strategies, notably PM Capital’s global equities and the new Regal Global Small Companies Fund. Additional contributions came from a diversified mix of funds, including Regal Resources Royalties, Private Credit Opportunities, and Emerging Companies Fund III, as well as the Attunga Power strategy and a Taurus-managed mining finance fund. Formed in 2022 through the merger of Regal Funds Management and VGI Partners, Regal Partners oversees a wide array of strategies across equities, private markets, natural assets, and credit. Operating through nine specialist investment arms and employing 180 staff globally, the firm continues to build on its award-winning performance and aims to solidify its position as a top-tier alternative asset manager. Final 1H25 results will be announced on 25 August 2025.
