Riedel Resources launches share purchase plan to fund Kingsman Project and growth initiatives

Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE) has announced a share purchase plan (SPP) offering eligible shareholders the opportunity to acquire up to AU$30,000 worth of shares at AU$0.025 each. The offer, open to shareholders on record as of 19 June 2025 with addresses in Australia, New Zealand, or the UK, mirrors the recent placement price to institutional investors. Applications are available in parcel values ranging from AU$1,000 to AU$30,000.

Funds raised—capped at AU$300,000, though oversubscriptions may be accepted—will support drilling and study activities at the Kingsman Project in Arizona, explore new investment opportunities, and cover general working capital needs. The SPP opened on 27 June 2025 and will close on 18 July 2025, with new shares expected to commence trading on 28 July 2025. The offer is conducted under ASIC Instrument 2019/547 and does not require a prospectus.
