RooLife Group Secures AU$2 million Oversubscribed Placement to Accelerate Global Growth

RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG), a data-driven e-commerce company, has successfully completed an oversubscribed strategic placement, raising AU$2 million from institutional and sophisticated investors at AU$0.007 per share—a 12.5% discount to the last traded price and a 75% premium to the prior day’s close. The funds will be deployed to expand RLG’s presence in China, India, Southeast Asia, and the UK, strengthen working capital, and support its two-year supply agreement with Chinese distribution giant Eternal Asia. The placement will also drive the development and sale of RLG’s own branded products, enhance the RLG Marketplace platform, and improve profit margins through curated product selection and digital marketing efficiencies. Lead managed by Alpine Capital Pty Ltd, the deal includes the issue of 285.7 million shares and 142.8 million RLGO options (exercisable at AU$0.01). RLG aims to leverage this capital to scale operations, boost financial performance, and deliver greater value to shareholders
