RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG) has entered into a landmark two-year supply partnership with Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd, one of China’s largest distribution networks. This agreement grants RLG access to over one million retail outlets across 320+ cities, servicing 100+ Fortune Global 500 companies.
Under the partnership, RLG will source and supply health, wellness, and food & beverage products, with an estimated annual order value of up to CNY 500 million (~AU$110 million), subject to confirmed orders. The collaboration strengthens RLG’s lean, tech-enabled business model by leveraging high-volume distribution without warehousing costs, while accelerating the company’s expansion in Asia’s fast-growing retail market.
The deal positions RLG to scale its own product brands and opens opportunities for Australian producers to directly access China’s thriving consumer economy. With future potential to expand into renewable energy offerings, the partnership marks a significant step toward boosting RLG’s revenue and market presence.
