Scorpion Minerals Commences Drilling at High-Potential Pharos Gold Project

Scorpion Minerals Limited (ASX: SCN) has initiated a Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling program at its Pharos Gold Project, located in the Murchison region of Western Australia. The campaign focuses on six key areas—Oliver’s Patch, Cap Lamp, Lantern, Candle, and Candle North—with a planned drill coverage of approximately 1,500 meters. Historical data from these zones has revealed high-grade gold intervals, such as 8 meters at 10.99 g/t Au and 5 meters at 8.28 g/t Au, highlighting the project's strong mineral potential. Scorpion holds the most extensive land position along the Dalgaranga–Big Bell shear corridor, a significantly prospective yet underexplored geological belt. Complementary exploration activities, including soil geochemistry, structural mapping, and heritage assessments, are ongoing across the adjoining Jungar Flats JV area. Over 1,000 rock chip and drill samples have already been submitted for testing, with assay results anticipated by mid-July. The company aims to deliver substantial exploration progress and shareholder value through targeted drilling, geological interpretation, and expanded exploration programs across its 1,600 km² footprint.
