The appointment comes as Siren advances its flagship Sams Creek Gold Project in New Zealand, supported by favourable gold and antimony market conditions. Padman’s expertise in large-scale gold systems aligns with the project’s scale and potential, positioning the company to unlock long-term shareholder value. Former interim Managing Director Brian Rodan will resume his role as Non-Executive Chairman, ensuring continuity in strategic oversight.
